A new edition of the Summer School "Global Regulation of Artificial Intelligence, Data Privacy, and International Contracts',' organized by the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, in collaboration with Hofstra University in New York, is starting. The summer program is scheduled to take place in Pisa from May 21 to June 3, 2023, and is intended to offer an intensive introduction to national and international laws affecting global trade and technology. Specifically, students have the opportunity to immerse themselves in these important areas of law that affect almost all global businesses through a comparative analysis of legal and regulatory approaches between the United States and the European Union.

The lectures are taught by Giovanni Comandé, professor of Comparative Private Law at the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, and Miriam Lyman, professor at Hofstra University in New York.
